Let me end the week of my 10th blogging anniversary by saying a huge thank you to each of you who read, like or comment on my posts. Without you, it would be pretty lonely on this site!
I’ve loved meeting many of you, either here or in person! What a joy to hear that a post has encouraged, helped or inspired you!
If you have a topic you’d like to see addressed here, leave a comment and I’ll see what I can do. I don’t know how long this will continue, but I’ll approach each day with a fresh start and give you what the Lord puts on my heart.
Stay refreshed this weekend by attending a Bible preaching church. If you’re in the area, Boones Creek Bible Church is an awesome place to learn about our awesome God! I’m off to spend a fun weekend with my girls! We’re celebrating birthdays! This might take the sting out of the number!! Happy Friday!

I am so very proud of you!! Obviously, I have seen your labor of love saturated with much prayer over these years. Praise the Lord for all the lives that you’ve been able to encourage and point to the Lord Jesus Christ! I love how your blog is what you’ve named it, a refresher. I love that your blog enables ladies to see they can enjoy living for Christ and through Christ in the mundane tasks, trials, ups-and-downs, and joys of everyday life. To God is all glory!

Congratulations on your ten year anniversary! Besides your great posts (I love them all! The recipes, devotionals, decorating,…everything!), something else I really appreciate about you and your blog is that you respond to every comment. When I had my blog I made a point to respond to all comments, even if it was just to say, “Thank you for your comment. Have a nice day!” because I was genuinely touched that someone would take time to reach out to me. It was exciting and encouraging! I tend to stop commenting on blogs when the blogger never gives any responses because after a while it can feel like my comments don’t matter much. It’s the same with Instagram. So, thank you very much for acknowledging all your readers’ comments so warmly and graciously!! And HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

Thank you so much, Alinda. Like you, I’m blown away that people read what I write. It’s so encouraging when someone takes the time to comment as to how it helped or strengthened them. To realize that there really are people out there beyond my computer screen is a reminder to be consistent and true to God’s Word and character. What a responsibility and also a blessing! I’m grateful for new friends like you that I’ve had the privilege of “meeting” through this means. Thank you so much for encouraging me over and over again!
