I’m sure you know by now that I love seasonal decorations. It’s just so much fun to freshen up the house by adding touches around the house from the season. Springtime is my favorite season because everything’s coming back to life! Sunshine, warm temperatures, flowers and green grass just invigorate me! Surely this verse in Song of Solomon 2;12 is celebrating not only love, but springtime – The flowers appear on the earth; the time of the singing of birds is come, and the voice of the turtle is heard in our land.
Here are a some of the springtime touches around my house:

Here’s on of them up close. I found these for $1 at Michael’s! I loved the colors – very springy!
Even my pencils at my desk are now in a sweet little bunny cup – a gift from my husband who knows my affinity for cute little cups!
This adorable bunny, complete with chenille jacket, sits on my corner shelf.
I bought this bunch of fresh flowers for $5 last weekend! It’s amazing how much a bouquet of flowers can brighten up a room, isn’t it? I’ve enjoyed these so much!
Decorating our home tells our family that we care about them. It makes home a special place with memories of loving, feminine touches. So, how do you decorate for spring?

I have enjoyed bringing my screened-in patio to life this week. Pillows, fresh Dallas ferns, white sheers, and a pretty flower platter for the centerpiece ($3 at Big Lots). Orange and green with a splash of turquoise make it all come to life and invite me to come and sit for a spell and listen to the creek
