We LOVE brussles sprouts! I like the fresh ones best, halving them and sautéeing them in a mix of olive oil & butter with salt & pepper. The frozen ones I like best roasted whole in the oven with olive oil, salt & pepper. They’re also good mixed with rice or orzo and cheese and baked.

I think cherries are pretty but I am not a big fan of the taste in pies for some reason. I love cherry flavor in lollipops, jelly beans etc.lol I may have to try your recipe to see if fresh cherries are more to my liking than canned ones. And like you, I keep meaning to buy some brussel sprouts and roast them. I have seen Ina Garten make them this way and they look delish.
