I actually felt a little bit of a fall breeze this week! Maybe those fall temps will indeed be making their way to Tennessee! To match the season, I’ve added my touches of fall decor to the living spaces of my home, as I shared with you here.
Today I’m sharing my entry way and outside areas. The first place that welcomes our family and friends is the front yard, porch and the entryway, so it needs to be remembered when we’re decorating.
A football flag, a metal pumpkin, mums and my old iron headboard embellish the driveway landscape.I added mums to my flower boxes and left the spike plant and Creeping Jenny. The front porch is ready for anyone to sit with a cup of coffee and rest in the rocking chairs! I love sitting out here! It’s nice when your front door color already matches the season! The large rug is too lightweight for outside, so I put my heavy mat on top and let the bigger rug add a colorful border to it.My front entryway bench.
Everything but the basket is from the Dollar Tree! The basket was purchased years ago for $1 at a yard sale. It was handmade for a bicycle and I use it on mine anytime we ride. Otherwise, I use it in my home decor!
The earth is the Lord‘s, and the fulness thereof; the world,
and they that dwell therein.
Psalm 24:1
I hope you enjoyed the tour of the outside/entry areas of our home! Add some fall touches to your porch and invite not just the new season, but also new friends!
LOVE it! Your front porch is gorgeous!

I used to drive by people who were sitting on their porch and envy that pleasure! How blessed we are! God is so good to me.
