Lightened up Blueberry Pound Cake

When I had a need last weekend for a dessert for a church gathering, I decided on a southern classic – Pound Cake! When I came across a small Peach Cobbler, I knew I had found the sweet treat we would enjoy! This was so easy and had amazing final results!

Happy Summertime!

I absolutely love summer. It contains so many special blessings from our good God!

Celebrations! Last Sunday we had a simple Father’s Day. I fixed a meal of Chicken Piccata, Red skin Potato Salad and green beans for our meal after church. I’ll share the new dessert I made next Monday. It was a mini version of a classic! See the pic below for a sneak preview. I shared last week about my dad, but I am also blessed with a husband who is a loving, godly, and fun father and Pappa!
