Hearty Turkey Sloppy Joe’s

About two weeks ago, I posted a little video on Instagram of lunch being made. I fixed a Turkey Sloppy Joe that day. It’s such a great midday meal! I found this healthy and hearty Sloppy Joe recipe on the Weight Watchers site. It makes a lot, so I know I have many servings ready! This is great for fixing for a group, or just your family’s weekly lunchtime. Don’t let “Weight Watchers” make you leery! This is simply lower in calories because it’s made with ground turkey. The flavors are incredible!

It’s a great place to eat lunch and to walk through! I purchased a lovely tea towel while there as a memory from our trip. When I got it home I found that it was huge! When I held it up, I realized that it would be perfect to use for something aside from wiping our wet hands!

Honey Goat Cheese and Fig Preserves Breakfast Sandwich

Breakfast is not often drooled over, but oh my goodness, I recently made a breakfast sandwich that is worthy! I have a Cooking Light Cookbook where I found this delicious sounding breakfast sandwich and knew I wanted to give it a try. It starts with Cinnamon bread as the base. That’s a great beginning, and I love making it with my sour dough bread starter. This Cinnamon Swirl Bread would be another wonderful bread to use for this sandwich!
