How easy it is to get into a breakfast rut! I’m not a huge fan of the typical breakfast foods, so an option with a crunchy granola sprinkled over Greek yogurt and fresh fruit makes my morning happy!
I enjoy trying different granola recipes, and while I love my old standby recipe, my new find from Skinny Ms is a delicious addition to my granola choices! This one has no dried fruits in order to keep it lower in sugar, but I didn’t miss them! I did add walnuts, though it’s not in the original recipe.
This has a nice toasty flavor and a good soft crunch! We love it!
1 1/2 cups rolled oats gluten-free
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup sesame seeds optional sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients. Evenly spread granola on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake granola 15 minutes, stirring after 8 minutes. Allow to cool completely before storing in a covered container.
Enjoy this delicious and healthy granola over oatmeal, as a breakfast cereal, or sprinkle over Greek yogurt.
What’s your go-to when you get into a breakfast rut?

Thank you for the recipe.
Absolutely!! It’s too good not to share!!
Yum. I’ll have to try it. I usually make your “old standby.” 😃 I make it without the dried fruit, and add freeze dried when I’m ready to eat it. Great stuff!

I love this new recipe. It is so good and tastes healthy! I’ve never added the freeze dried fruit. Wondering if it’s flavorful and where you purchase it?
That looks delicious! I will definitely be trying this.
It’s easy, fast and delicious!
