Decision Fatigue’s Remedy

I heard a phrase recently on a podcast and it clicked with me. The phrase was decision fatigue. It resonated with me because recently I have felt the difficulty of decisions before me. Big and little things needed to be decided all day long…

Last week I met a friend at Starbucks located in Barnes and Noble. The seating area is so quiet and a little secluded. That was also restful!

Let me take a side step and tell you about the delicious beverage I ordered, at my daughter’s recommendation.
