We love a good taco at our house, and in recent years, we’ve come to especially love shrimp tacos. I’ve shared posts here about trying to replicate restaurant’s recipes where we’ve eaten.
I have just kept making little changes to improve my recipe. Last week I think I finally landed on our absolute favorite way to eat this fishy taco! The blessing is that it’s still very simple and also super fast! I’m excited to share the recipe with you!

There are two new ingredients – Feta cheese and coleslaw with lime juice! I can’t believe how the combination of these flavors and a drizzle of honey blends together so wonderfully!
Here’s how I made mine:
Shrimp Tacos with Feta, Honey and Lime Coleslaw
Place shrimp on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with taco seasoning. Cook 7 -8 minutes at 400°.
Add Slaw mix to a bowl and add mayonnaise and also a little sour cream to make it creamy. Add a little at a time so you don’t over-dress the slaw. Then add about 2 tablespoons lime juice.
Place the shrimp on a flour tortilla, then top with avocado, tomatoes and feta cheese. Drizzle with honey.
Now get a nice heavy napkin and enjoy what my husband said is the BEST shrimp taco he’s ever eaten!
Bump up your “Taco Tuesday” with some shrimp tacos!
