Healthy, Delicious Taco Salad Bowls

I love taco salad!  This is a delicious meal!  But wow!  The calories packed into those fried taco bowls are unbelievable! In just the shell there are 310 calories and 18 g of fat!   A while back I discovered that these tortilla shells could be microwaved instead of deep fried.  They’re still flavorful and crispy without the guilt!

Southwest Turkey Burgers with Chipotle Yogurt Sauce

On these beautiful spring days, I’m always thinking of grilling out.  Who doesn’t love a good ol’ hamburger cooked on the grill?  This recipe is made with turkey meat and has lots of yummy stuff added to give it super great flavor!  Combined with the burgers is a yogurt sauce that adds just enough kick to make you lick your fingers and smack your lips!!!

As you look into your bedroom right now, is it a refuge…or a wreck? A haven,,, or havoc? If you want to sleep better and feel more rested, studies show that having a clean and organized room can help! When our homes are cared for, we are also (and especially) caring for the people who live there. Let’s do what we can to feel rested, and do the same for the family who shares our home.

It’s easy to neglect cleaning the bedroom because one might think, “Well no one else is going to see this room! Guests won’t come in here!” But we need to do ourselves the favor of creating a space that is an inviting retreat from the busyness of life and the world.
