  2. Did I miss the survey or are we to just comment here? One thing I’d like to read more about is living life as an empty nester while your husband still works full time. Also, I’d like to see more about how you handle hard things in life. We only see the best of life for you and your hubby. I know some things are truly personal, but it would be nice to know that you also have hard things to deal with and the process you go through to handle them. Thank you for all you do share and for your encouraging posts!

    1. Thanks for leaving a comment about what you’d like to see more of, Stephanie. As for the hard things in life, I will continue to share those things, as well as God’s blessings. Life is certainly not easy for anyone; that’s why we needed a Savior. In case you missed a few of the hardest trials, you could search for “Ashley” and read this series of posts about how the Lord comforted us in the death of our second daughter. Or search “drunk driver” to read about the accident our daughter and son-in-law were in before they were married. God is good – in the hard days and the sunny ones! Others have had much more difficulty than I have, but we all do experience it. In the midst of it all, God is faithful. I’ll be sure to brag on Him in 2022!
Thanks, too, for the suggestion about empty nesters – it’s a fun time of life! I’ll ponder that one! Happy New Year, and thank you for being a faithful reader!
