How tempting are fried chicken tenders, whether at a restaurant or at home? Crispy on the outside and tender white meat inside make them almost irresistible! Creamy Chicken & Rice Soup
It was one of those days that were extremely busy and I decided to purchase a rotisserie chicken at Sam’s Club for our supper. When I got home with it, I wanted to take that chicken breast and turn it into something really savory. The search I did on Pinterest led me to a favorite site – Sally’s Baking Addiction. Make Ahead Breakfasts and Supper
Read this post if you want to…
- Make daily meal prep easier
- Prep food for a special event or vacation
- Be prepared for a busy day
Last week I shared about our family vacation and that we ate our meals in our condo. It was simplified in that my girls and I divided up the meals and volunteered to fix the food for that meal. I chose to make the breakfasts for all three days, and also for our Sunday supper. I didn’t want to spend lots of time cooking while we were there, so I prepped as mush as I could ahead of time and stuck it in the freezer, wrapped so it would be fresh.
Let me share what I made and how I worked ahead to simplify things.
